Advantages of Arch Strapping Machine

  • LCD display and convenient operation:

    it is easy to choose the tension mode as the arch strapping machine is equipped with dual tension modes (torque mode and stroke mode) while heater temperature, feeding time, reverse time, cooling time, interval time and other indicators are displayed on the LCD.

  • Upgraded circuit board:

    the circuit board is controlled by single chip logic controller, which reduces the possibility of propagation delay and sampling delay; each circuit is equipped with overcurrent protection devices which will cut off current flows within 1ms, faster than fuses, and warn the operator to reboot the machine when it is overload or short circuits.

  • DC motor:

    the arch stripping machine adopts only DC motors given that there is no need of driving belts, which increases efficiency, saves energy and reduces the fault rate.

  • Smart heater:

    the smart heater automatically starts heating after the power is turned on and reaches the operating temperature within 1.5 minutes; the heater is able to monitor a constant temperature (or you may adjust the temperature) and send a warning signal and cut off the power if the temperature is beyond the reasonable range. (constant temperature + temperature monitor)

  • Self-threading design:

    Different from the traditional seal design, the arch strapping machine adopts an open design which enables self-threading and stable feeding to improve strapping performance.

  • Effective track design:

    the saw track is particularly designed for straps that are 8 to 12 mm in width and it features strong adaptability to strap in different widths, simple designs, convenient maintenance and long service life. (One piece 5mm fixed-width track for straps features high strapping speed.)

  • Removable table top:

    the stainless steel-made table top is 3mm in thickness and can be assemble and dismantle quickly for convenient repair and maintenance (the load-bearing capacity is 40 kg).
  • Various strapping modes: the arch strapping machine provides manual and continuous strapping modes. One-side or two-side pedals are provided. The optional foot pedal switch and the optional photocell switch enable hand-free strapping. (reasonable and operator-friendly design)

  • Operator-friendly operation design:

    the operation design is use-friendly since it is safe, easy and convenient to use and maintain, and thus it is labor-saving and high-efficient to use; simple operations reduce human-made errors to a large extent.
  • Modular design: the arch strapping machine consists of several essential modules, including motors, the frame, the feeding system, foot pedals and the control system; the modular design enables easy assembly and convenient maintenance.

  • Optimal motor design:

    the motor is manufactured with high-quality material and processed by a CNC system to achieve sophistication; the modular design enable easy assembly and convenience.

  • Gear reducer:

    the arch strapping machine is equipped with a maintenance-free gear reducer which features strong capacity, high accuracy and efficiency, reduced hear emission, stable movement and long service life.

  • Cam:

    The integral cam unit is widened to increase service life and it is fixed with the gear reducer to stabilize oscillation, reduce noise and improve accuracy.

  • Three-blade design:

    three blades made of quality special materials have much longer service life with heavy-duty needle roller bearings. (Three blades have 2 million times of cutting and the service life of an arch strapping machine is as long as 5 to 10 years.)

  • Cutter:

    the high-strength material-made cutter adopts a separate design that enables adjustable distances and convenient blade replacement to reduce maintenance costs.

  • Diversified control system:

    PCB or PLC control systems, equipped with DC motors, servomotors and a human-computer interface, are provided for your choice. (The standard machine is equipped with the PCB control system.)

  • Safety system:

    Putting workers’ safety first, the arch strapping machine is equipped with a safety system that is responsible for risk identification, classification and reduction based on the “0 access hazard” principle. The safety system consists of the emergency stop button, authorized operation, the interference mode, lock out tag out procedure and safety devices that prevent workers’ inadvertent access to the machine unless the access is authorized with tools, keys or passwords.

  • Power on/off switch:

    the power on/off switch is equipped with a power converter that converts a DC voltage from 220V or 110V to 24V, which meet the requirements of CE standard.

  • Cleanness:

    the design of the arch strapping machine fully considers the cleanness and makes sure that the materials, surface treatment, lubrication oil are easy to clean.
